THURSDAY EXERCISE
Good morning PA!
I've just finished packing my gym bag and ready to head out to planet fitness for some heavy weight lifting and to work on my abs and back. Not sure how much of that weight lifting will actually be heavy after putting in a 13.1 mile run yesterday, but I'm stubborn and refuse to take the day off. What are you all doing today?
