Good morning all!

I have to go to work for about 5 hours today, then will do some errands on the way home.  I'm hoping to take a nap when I get home as I've been really tired this week.  At some point, I need to purge my closet and drawers again.  (Went to put on a pair of pajamas last night only to discover they were ridiculously big.)  And I need to get some excercise in today.

Have a great day everyone!

My goodness...I have only worked 3 days in a row and I am sooooo ready to not be here.  It's been a weird type of night.

Anyway...today is a little up in the air.  Definately is stopping for gas on the way home...or else I'll be walking most of the 25 miles home.  Sorry - not willing to do THAT type of exercise, LOL  Then stopping at the food store.

Gonna make some things for a get together that I'm *most likely* going to.  Hubby's car had an issue down in jersey yesterday, so it's at the dealer in jersey.  He has his parents car right now.  It *might* get looked at today, but probably not until tomorrow.  I'm peeved (and hormonal which is not helping things) because the game plan was for me to cook during the day, get in a quick nap, and then have him drive to/from the get together which is about 2 hours away so that if I'm tired it doesn't matter.  But now he has decided he's not sure if he wants to go just incase the car is ready at some point today.  He doesn't HAVE to pick it up today, mind you....his parents already said he's ok to keep their other car until Sunday.....but he's just being stubborn.

Soooooo.....we'll play it by ear....see when the car is ready....see how I feel....and hopefully at least I will be going to the party this evening.  I could use the evening out regardless.

Have a great day all!

Thanks Pam.  I got an education yesterday when I told the doc who saw me that I had gotten my flu shot.  Did not know about the other flu viruses that they don't put in the shot.  Makes sense, just thought I was safe this year from the normal flu.  Won't even talk about the H1N1 at this time.

Asthma has been okay, so far.  I hope to stay that way.

Hugs,
Trish

Ok....scratch all that!  Came home with one hell of a headache and decided that it's best for me to just lay low, hang around the house, and take it easy today as we also have a party to go to tomorrow and then I'm back at work Sunday night.

Soooo.....no food shopping, no cooking, and just waiting to hear back about the jeep and possibly doing that with hubby.

Good Morning Christine & PA:

Today has me trying to figure out how an on-line class works. Got an email from the instructor yesterday, we have to go online to introduce ourselves and get an assignment done prior to Tuesday. Not sure I'm going to be liking this on-line thing.

Also have to tackle the homework for last nights class, no more procastinating on homework and papers. I have two classes now so have to stick to a game plan to get all these papers and assignments done on time and turned in.

Today I'll be reading for both classes then figuring out how to submit on-line for one class. The other class waiting for feedback on the papers I turned in last night so I can move forward with the rest of the assigned work.

I'll be taking my walk later this morning - hopefully the rain clears out early so I can get outside otherwise it will be the treadmill today.

Nothing very exciting for my day...

Hope everyone has an awesome day......

TGIF!!! I am very tired today.. lack of sleep Wednesday night, followed by getting in late last night makes for a very tired girl.

Work today 6:00-3:30.  I want to hit the gym later, but that will depend on how tired I am.  I guess we'll be doing something with our Friday night friends tonight.  We haven't gone to the mall in awhile, so we may head there.  Not really sure.  There is also a high school football game that I was considering going to for my friend who coaches.   I really don't know what is going to happen tonight.

I wouldn't mind not doing anything actually, but then that would involve heavy whining from the child figure and that is something I don't want to deal with. LOL!

Hi Christine and all of PA - Happy Anniversary Christine to you and Andy - It was GREAT to see him on here last night! :)

Had a good time reconnecting with the people I traveled to Israel with last night - they gushed about how different I look and how proud of me they are - You know, becuase I am soooo shy, it was hard to take.....HAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!!!  LOVED IT!!!!!!!!

Working with my 8th graders today on some algebra and some basic math skills - always exhausted after a test - so maybe not so much crazy math today - after school, I am coming back into my classroom to do some organizing, Friday seems to be the only day that I can stay later to get some work done due to the needs of my actual children at home with their homework.

After dinner, we are headed, yup....you guessed it....back to the synagogue for one final fall holiday....This time it is all about the Torah - we finish reading and start over and that calls for a major celebration with ice cream and dancing.  (I will forego the ice cream - but the dancing is right up my alley!)

Tomorrow we are hopefully going to get started moving much of Emily's things into her new VERY GIRLY room.  Then start with reorganizing Molly into her soon to be tween room.  Finally all of my children will have their own space.  Why is it that I don't have MY OWN space?  hmmmmm.....

Well, that is about it - I hope you all have a great Friday in spite of this dreary morning.  And to those of us that are off on Monday - Christopher Columbus.....you rock! :)

Good morning everybody - I'm celebrating a little today since I have actually made a full week of work for the first time in ages!! LOL!! My boss will be pleased, too. I'm feeling better, too - throat is calming down - took it easy last night and rested, and got a good nights sleep finally, so I'm feeling much better today.

Had a long talk with my mom last night about everything that's going on with her - she wants me to call the oncologists' office today and speak to them about postponing treatments until spring. She really wants to go to Florida this winter with my sister and brother and since she still doesn't have an appt to have her port put in we're really afraid that by the time she starts treatments and if she does get sick from it like before she'll be in the hospital over the holidays. So I'll talk to the doctors/nurses and see what their thoughts are. The visiting nurse has upped her visits to twice a week again so I think she's concerned about my mother's overall health right now, as am I. Which is why the concensus among my siblings and her is that she goes to Florida, relaxes and enjoys the warm the weather, heals and feels better to start treatments again in the spring.

Weekend is looking quiet - still haven't gotten my nails done - maybe tonight?

Hope everyone has a great Friday.
