Good Morning All!! Another prissy pouch day so here is the plan

B: sandwich thin with cream cheese
S: cheddar cheese
L: have to pick something up - probably a salad
S: a few crackers on my way to an appt
D: pork chops (never had them last night)
S: chocolate pudding with PB

B: Inspire Protein Drink
S: DD Coffee/Milk/Splenda
L: egg salad made with 1/2 greek yogurt 1/2 light mayo
S: cheese stick
D: shrimp/eggies
S: greek yogurt with caramel syrup

I've been on amoxicilling 3x a day for over a week - this always happens when I am on one - yuck!

M4  PB and Fudge protein Shake
M5  Salmon and green beans (but if I make it to the store... chicken Apple burgers)
M6  no idea if this will happen

M3 Turkey with brown rice and brussel sprouts

M5 Pot roast and veggies
M6 SF tapioca

Changing things up today, since my doctor told me yesterday I'm not eating enough. So weird to hear that!

B: Chocolate Max Protein
S: 3 PB crackers, 1/4 of a Supreme Protein bar
L: chili with 2% cheddar
S: 3 PM crackers, 1/4 of a Supreme Protein bar
Post-workout snack: Chocolate Max Protein
D: Salmon, spinach
S: Greek yogurt with berries

Here's the plan...

B:  Activia light yogurt with grapes
S:  Pineapple and protein bar
L:  Shrimp ****tail (homemade ****tail sauce)
S:  Fresh mozzerella with tomatoes and basil in homemade balsamic vinaigrette
D:  Pan-seared tilapia with almond flour and garlic with zucchini, bacon and FF american cheese

E:  STRIVE circuit with elliptical warmup

I am sticking to liquids because I am just too tight right now.  I have had trouble eating since surgery.  Don't get me wrong - I want to eat I just can't get solids in.

M1:  protein shake pumpkin protein shake 
M2:  Greek yogurt skipped
M3:  protein shake yogurt
M4:  CIB with milk  skipped
M5:  pumpkin mousse have to make it first
M6:  protein shake 

No exercise - it took a long conversation with my friend to help me realize that I am not going to get better any faster if I don't take the time to heal.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
