OT - For my friends who don't cook

When I found this recipe, I thought it was perfect for people like you who just are not sure how to tell when poultry is thoroughly cooked, but not dried out.

Give this a try.

4 - 5 lb. Chicken

1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is good.)
1 cup uncooked popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHER'S LOW FAT is good here) Salt/pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt and pepper.  Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn.  Place in a baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven.  After about 45 minutes, begin to listen closely for soft popping sounds.

When the chicken's ass blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the room and lands on the table, it's done and ready to eat.

And, you thought I couldn't cook . . . . . .

Steffi & Lisa! LOL. Aren't they the ones who always claim about not cooking. Although Lisa says she does't cook "like a jew" but she always talks about some yummy stuff.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Hey Liz
For those who do not cook, they may think this is a real thing to do.

I was thinking how popcorn and chicken would taste together... lol!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

And when HG's kitchen is covered in popcorn, we will know who to blame!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I will give it a try, but which end is the ass and which end is the neck?
