I've been waiting for this big "WOW"

Today I am officially no longer "obese" !   I am down to 179 today and that officially puts my BMI in the "overweight" category (29.8).   My mind still cannot wrap around this b/c I still feel so big, but I am thrilled to no longer be obese.   This also means exactly 30 more pounds to lose until I am in the "healthy" BMI range (under 25).  

Amazing what this tool can do for us.  I can truly say that the last 5 months  since surgery have been completely, utterly  amazing!     I know that there have been struggles at times,  foamies, some mild dumping, but I could never have lost this weight without this wonderful tool.

Yeah Kathleen- it's a great feeling, isn't it?  Many people would not understand how we can cheer about being "overweight" but for all of us it is a fabulous achievement.
