Have you tried switching up your exercise? That seems to have really done it for me (either that or it was just "time" for it to happen). By switching up, I mean that instead of doing the same type of exercise at the same time of day, switch off a day or two and try something different. The key for me seemed to be not running daily, but taking every other day and doing weights or circuit... and then instead of running all the time for cardio, now I do some running, some elliptical, some arm bike, some rowing.... and some zumba and some cardio kickboxing ;-). My body doesn't know what's coming next, and keeping it off balance seems to work to keep the weight loss going or to restart it.
