Wednesday Workouts!

I hit the treadmill at the gym this morning @ 5:15 am... 30 minutes is all I can do for now.  I'd love to do the elliptical... but for the life of me I just don't like it.  Everyone makes it look so KOOL.  Do you have to work at it???

I hate the elliptical.  To make it go by faster my BF and I talk the entire time and before you know it 45 minutes have gone by.  It is a really good workout... I just don't like it.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I am soooo uncoordinated on the elliptical.  I keep getting back on it, though, thinking things will be different.  less than 5 mins and I am off.  maybe if I had a friend to distract me, it would be different.. OH ROCCO!!!!!!!!!

The elliptical does take a little work to get used to. But it's been invaluable to me in my workouts.

Nobody cares if you look graceful on it, as long as you don't fall off, you're winning the game.
