Wednesday Workouts!

I'm already in for 60 good minutes on the elliptical, and I'll be hitting the weights again over lunch.

What's on the schedule for the rest of the group today?

I will be walking at lunch and and hour on the eliptical this evening.

today is "hard cardio" day.  I am not sure about the HARD part, but I will do cardio today.  I'm thinking about a nice walk/jog at lunch time since it is not raining.  The jog part will be the harder part.  I just need to try to add time to my jogging.  Anything is better than nothing, right.

went out at lunch and fought against the wind on the first part of my walk/jog.  SOOOO, I only did the 1/2 hour, but the beginning of the walk was uphill and against the wind.  Then, when I got to the top of the hill, I jogged a good chunk of the time.  I think the total distance is about 1.5 or 2 miles.  I know I was out for 30 minutes.  It was tough going against the wind.

Good Morning Norm & PA!
I did an INTENSE hour on my elliptical and will be walking after work with a friend but my back is still a little sore today so will be slow going today. Have a good day everyone!

I am going to the gym to ride the bike.  Still in recovery mode.  I am going to shoot for 10 miles.

Edit:  I didn't go to the gym.  I am so damn sore from my surgery I came home early from work and slept for 2 hours!  I am sick and tired of being sick and tired - - just want to get back to normal.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

My exercise is to take my Princess (chow) for a walk and do all my housework and go to the farm and take Cassidy for a walk.  I know I am suppose to be riding him but a walk for me would be more effective. Have a great day all.

hi all,

Today is a "forgiveness" day for me - no formal exercise other than cleaning the house and working in the studio.  But keep in mind that working in the studio for me involves lifting heavy vises and anvils and swinging hammers ;-), so I'll get in a bit of a workout.  

I have my followup MRI tonight, so no gym later., unfortunately.  Tomorrow is a STRIVE circuit morning for me.

I do not incorporate anvils into my workout, therefore, I am jealous.

I spent 7 hours in the car today driving too and from Newark, NJ...I exercised my patience, my right foot and my singing voice....however, I will go to karate tonight just to top it all off.
