Who's Exercising today???


I am heading to Zumba for an hour and then lifting for about 45 mins. I was just posting on roll call that I am way down in the dumps and I am so grateful for my exercise because it is the only thing keeping me sane right now.


So get out there and move it today!! It'll make you feel good!!

Good Morning Christine,
I did an hour on my elliptical and will be walking with a friend after work but my back is still sore so it will be slow moving today. Have a good workout and feel better. HUGS

Good morning all,
Today is a running day.  Perfect weather for it!!!  Definitely going to put in 10 miles and may decide to put in the 13.1 half marathon.  I'll see how my feet feel, I need a new pair of running shoes -bad!!!
