Lets see been a while. But I am tryin to eat better

B: unsweet tea. with spelnda. a cheese stick
S: protein shake
L: cheese and fresh turkey on arnolds round
S: small 1/2 sugar oj.
( still pushing liquids)
D: dreamfields elbow mac n cheese
stewed tomatoes
S: sf rice pudding.


Im pushing liquids. Ive been drinking as much as i can. I am still feeling alittle run down and know im close to dehydration.
