sticking to the basics - wednesday

Good Morning All - yesterday was a horrible food day. I am not feeling much better today but I am going to try and push the food intake.

B: egg and cheese on whole grain english muffin
S: cheddar cheese
L: french onion soup with some mozz. cheese
S: chocolate pudding made with soy milk
D: pork chops and a veggie (whatever is in the fridge - maybe green beans)
S: chocolate pudding with PB


What's your plan for the day?

M1  Coffee with scoop of Vanilla protein
M2   Yogurt
M3   Beef and Veggie soup
M4   chicken salad
M5   meatloaf and veggies


additionally drinking a mix of crystal light (apple cranberry) with nectar carribean cooler protein drink for added protein for the day.  (feeling tropical)

S: sugar free pop

fluid intake 64 to 80 oz of water/decaf homemade iced tea

M1: WC oatmeal made with milk - feeling nauseous so I had CIB instead
M2:  greek yogurt
M3:  homemade veggie beef soup
M4:  EAS protien drink
M5:  apple chicken burger with cranberry sauce

Skipping M6 because I haven't been eating anyway.

Going to the gym to ride the bike today.

Just walked through the teacher's room and our 5th grade 'baker' teacher made homemade pina colada cupcakes.... darn it.  Self talk:  not on my plan ~ NOT going through the teacher's room again... will walk the long way to the office.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

L: Shrimp and garden salad
S: tea with ff half/half
D: Going to Biz Expo from 3-8, not sure --- think I'll take some cheese sticks . . .
S: sf cheesecake pudding

M5: baked fish, brussel sprouts
