sticking to the basics - wednesday
Good Morning All - yesterday was a horrible food day. I am not feeling much better today but I am going to try and push the food intake.
B: egg and cheese on whole grain english muffin
S: cheddar cheese
L: french onion soup with some mozz. cheese
S: chocolate pudding made with soy milk
D: pork chops and a veggie (whatever is in the fridge - maybe green beans)
S: chocolate pudding with PB

M1: WC oatmeal made with milk - feeling nauseous so I had CIB instead
M2: greek yogurt
M3: homemade veggie beef soup
M4: EAS protien drink
M5: apple chicken burger with cranberry sauce
Skipping M6 because I haven't been eating anyway.
Going to the gym to ride the bike today.
Just walked through the teacher's room and our 5th grade 'baker' teacher made homemade pina colada cupcakes.... darn it. Self talk: not on my plan ~ NOT going through the teacher's room again... will walk the long way to the office.
