B: WC oatmeal. Only a couple bites. Dr. Brader asked me if I dumped on this when I saw him last (he said he has had a few people tell them that they do) I couldnt remember if it made me dump so I tried it again this morning and yep, it does...I didnt remember until I ate it this morning. Oh well....weird though.
S: Protein shake made with ice, greek yogurt and frozen strawberries and strawberry protein powder....I don't have milk so I hope the ice makes it liquidy enough.
L: Whole grain lean pocket, green beans

S: low sugar/no fat freezer pop

I was feeling pretty prissy to Liz and it was from the stupid antibiotic... thank goodness Dr. Brader said to stop taking them! My band is tighter than tight right now and I will use it to my advantage.
