Alright - so another day of this darn prissy pouch - can't wait until the antibiotics are done! So it is a whatever sits day

B: sandwich thin with cream cheese
S; cheddar cheese
L: french onion soup (homemade)
S: chocolate pudding
D: probably more french onion soup
S: chocolate pudding

L:  lunch at Red Lobster --- a good choice there for sure

I am short - but I'll be lucky if I even get this amount of food in. I was told to do "what ever works" until I feel better.

Water, water water I am so bad about this. I hate it.

S- Greek Yogurt with SF Strawberry preserves

L- Salad w/ goat cheese and protein shake

D- left over apple chicken patties with some kind of veggie sooo good

Morning!

B:  WC oatmeal.  Only a couple bites.  Dr. Brader asked me if I dumped on this when I saw him last (he said he has had a few people tell them that they do)  I couldnt remember if it made me dump so I tried it again this morning and yep, it does...I didnt remember until I ate it this morning.  Oh well....weird though.

S:  Protein shake made with ice, greek yogurt and frozen strawberries and strawberry protein powder....I don't have milk so I hope the ice makes it liquidy enough.

L:  Whole grain lean pocket, green beans

D:  soup

S:  low sugar/no fat freezer pop

wow...how unexciting!!

D:Spinach roll ups

I was feeling pretty prissy to Liz and it was from the stupid antibiotic... thank goodness Dr. Brader said to stop taking them!  My band is tighter than tight right now and I will use it to my advantage.

M1:  CIB with milk
M2:  CIB with milk
M3:  Greek Yogurt
M4:  skipped
M5:  a scallop and 1/2 of a crab cake
M6:  ?  idk

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
