Good Morning Everyone!
What a beautiful brisk morning it is out. I have been wearing long sleeve tee's under my scrubs and I love it. Today.....Candy corn top. The patients love it. LOL
I wor****il 3:30. Then I must run to the store to find something quick and easy for dinner. We didn't get groceries this week since we will be moving this weekend. So we are "winging" it each nite. I think tonight may be a soup and grilled cheese night. LOL
I have class from 6-9, then home to pack some more. sister and I are having yard sale again this weekend. So I have been packing more things to get rid of. Less to move!

Are you allowed to wear any scrubs to work? Or do you have to wear certain colors? I am going through all mine. Since I am quitting work in december, I decided to go through and keep some, but get rid of the rest. If you can wear any type of scrubs....I have some REALLY cute ones. I am a scrub "junkie" and have WAY too many. Let me know.

LVH I am ONLY allowed to wear full black scrubs. No prints, even on a black background. During the holidays I can wear a printed scrub jacket for the night before and the night of a holiday (I have none of these since I refuse to buy something I can wear two nights a freakin' year)
The other one....I'm supposed to wear strictly navy blue...but they are a little bit more lax and I can get away with printed tops that are printed w/ or on a navy blue background. If you have anything that would coordinate with that, let me know.

Not much going on here today. Gearing up for a long day - I don't expect to get home until 9:00pm or later tonight.
On the up side, I did get all of my errands done last night that I on my "to-do" list. That will make the rest of the week less stressful. I am one of those weirdos who has to have lists for everything. My memory is bad and if I didn't, I forget everything.

Today is my first day back at work since last Tuesday. I am still not feeling good but we need to pay bills. So work here i come. Kameron is now home sick with the flu. After a 2 hour visit to the dr he is doing much better. Hopefully he is feeling better and can go back to school tomorrow.
Today I work only till 230 then +come home and take care of mr sicky. I need to do some grocery shopping and then make dinner. Besides that. Bed as early as possible.

Good morning everyone - I'm at work but wasn't sure about that at 3:00 this morning when I woke up and could barely swallow because my throat was so sore - took 2 tylenol and went back to bed. Woke up this morning feeling a bit better but still have some tenderness in my throat. Could be the weather changing or the fact that they spread fertilizer on our lawns yesterday - hopefully its just something like that.
Other than that not much going on today. Oh, mom did NOT have her IR consult yesterday - she got to the hospital and the radiology doctor was in emergency surgery so they told her it could be several hours before they got to her. Well, a friend had taken her in and couldn't wait that long - for once my mother stood up for herself but there was still no resolution when she left. She asked why the consult couldn't be done by phone or the day of the actual procedure. The oncologist wanted the port in ASAP but the way things are going that's not going to happen. Its one thing after another...

Good morning everyong. I am here earlier then usual but, still later then most.
I have to take hubby to the Doctor and then I have an appointment this afternoon. We both have head colds :(
I am doing horribly diet wise. I gained weight I am sure. but, I will find out when I go to the doctor today. I need to start back on a diet. I don't want to get turned down by the insurance for not losing enough weight before surgery although I already did the 6 month diet and lost a few pounds. I don't think it will look good if I gain it all back pluss some.
Anyway I hope you all have a great day.
