October Cooking Class / Support Group!!

Good Morning all!!! Saturday 10/17 from noon-??? (usually 4-5 ish) will be October's Cooking Class. All are welcome regardless of stage in the journey, surgeon or hospital. Support People also welcome!

If anyone has a request of a recipe they would like to see made more WLS friendly let me know and I'll work on it!

yay!!! I can come!!!

I was hoping it was going to be this date because the OH Event is the following weekend and Halloween weekend, I will be down in Delaware doing a Pampered Chef party!!!

I am going to get you the recipe for the mint brownies.. can we try to do them? I'll come up with something to make, too, probably.

Plus, I have a stash of gladware in my trunk that I will bring in to replace all that I've taken!! LOL!!
