Monday Exercise?

Got to the gym a little later than usual this morning!  Did 20 minutes treadmill, variable inclines, and 15 minutes elliptical, followed by 5 minute "sprint" on the arm bike (that thing's a workout!).  Stretched afterward, but no weights (I did a STRIVE circuit yesterday).

I will be heading to karate tonight.  We have combined with another school and now have more of a mixed martial arts program...love it so far!

I was off from work today first chance I have had to check the PA boards but I did an INTENSE hour on my Elliptical this morning and for the first time today the scale moved!!! Yeah I have lost 4lbs only 11 more to go!! Wish me luck I am going to need it. I did not realize how hard it is to lose measly 15lbs but I went back to basics last week and it seems to be working!!

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

ok, i never post here because you all just blow me away with exercise but today i did my first zumba class!!!  i think I did pretty well considering i have two left feet and zero coordination.  i didn't know i could make my hips move like that!!
