Well, I'm off to the gym momentarily for an hour on the elliptical, then I'll be hitting the weights over lunch.

Another big run today....  Week 7 starts...oh. yeah.

We are registering for the 10K tonight and running it in a couple weeks.
We'll see..... I could be more ready than I am, but I'll take it for now.

Hey Norm - I will be taking another walk today.  Yesterday was a tough one but I am determined to get back to where I was as soon as I can.  I registered for the Turkey Trot 5K on November 21st and the Thanksgiving Day 10K - have to keep something in my sight.

I'm heading out for my walk around the neighborhood. I walk about 2.5 miles, takes me about an hour to complete it.

Each day I can do a little bit more walking, hoping to build up to 3-3.5 miles by next week....

Good Morning All,

Today my plan is to enjoy this fabulous weather and take the red dog on a 3 mile walk on the river trail after work.

Yesterday I left SNAP fitness and joined Planet Fitness. I worked out on the stepper machine for the first time and boy did I and do I feel it in my quads and calves today. Ouch. But I like the pain :o) It's a really nice facility and great price right now to join.

Keep on movin'
