Sticking to the Basics - TGIF!
Morning All -
food is still not my friend so I have no idea how the day will pan out. Here is what I packed though.
Crackers and cheese, banana, fage and peaches, 1/2 bagel with cream cheese, chicken soup, decaf coffee and diet ginger ale. I am thinking that dinner is going to be a quick french onion soup.
What's on your plate todate?

I have a stuffy head today and nothing is sounding good! I may rely more on protein shakes if I can't get myself to eat what I'm planning for the day. Here's today's plan:
B: Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S: apple & Jarlsberg lite
L: chili
S: PB on half a Sandwich Thin
D: Chicken-escarole soup
S: Greek yogurt with raspberries
Have a great day everyone.

I gained 8 pounds in the hospital from the IV fluids and I am still feeling 'puffy' but there is nothing I can do about that. The nurse said it would go away and I know there is no way I gained 8 pounds because I have barely had anything to eat since Monday. I don't feel like eating either - which is a plus right?
M1: coffee and then CIB
M2: Greek yogurt
M3: cottage cheese with SF apple butter
M4: apple slices with a cheese stick
M5: leftover meatloaf
M6: not sure yet if I will need it
I have been constantly thirsty since I woke up from surgery so lots and lots of liquids.
