Revelation in Nutritional Values listed on Recipes

I thought for the most part that you could trust printed recipes that show calories, fat, carbs, fat, etc.

Apparently I was wrong.  I now know that before I make a recipe, I must enter the ingredients into fitday and make sure it really is as presented in the recipe.

I won't be snuckered anymore.

Couldn't agree more... most of the time these days, I'm adjusting ingredients anyway, so entering them into SparkPeople helps me not only make the adjutments, but also save it for journaling.  I'm surprised how many times things are "off" or are unclear as to whether they include one component or another...
