Wegmans

So a new wegmans is opening a mile up the road from me...I have never been to one and wanted to see what you all suggested that I keep an eye out for!  I am excited to go!

Wow, did not realize there were that many people on the board close to me!  I will probably have to go up there without my children and spend a ton of time taking it all in!!!  I just got my savings card in the mail and I am very excited!

When you first walk in the door you will think you are in a shopper eutopia.  The fruit is lined up as if it is on display just for you.  The meat department will dazzle you with 98% fat free packages.  The prices are not the greatest, but the experience will stick with you for a lifetime.  I can't wait to shop there either.  I pass it on my way home from work.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! my Wegmans!! SOme of the prices are a bit higher and some are lower then the regulare grocery store. The options alone make it well worth going there! Wear your walking shoes because I swear I do 2 miles when I go - and heaven forbid you forgot the eggs and you are in the meat department! lol I LOVE the cheese choices, veggies and fruit are always the best and the meat and seafood selections are incredible. Also if you do any "international" cooking they have all the ingredients.

PS - try the cocopops - think ricecake but no carbs, no sugar, really nothing but crunchy air lol

Liz, I'm hoping this Weggman's has Cocopops!!!  The store in Downingtown, the only other one in this area I think, doesn't have them.  Keeping my fingers crossed!!!!

minein Warrington just got the a few months ago - they are good!
