My plan for the day:

B:  Butterfly Bakery Muffin
S:  Grapes and babybel
L:  Lobster-topped caesar salad (leftovers from Legal Seafood - yum!)
S:  Peach
D:  Chicken pot pie (homemade)

E:  Treadmill 25 mins, arm bike 5 mins, stretching

Here's today's plan:

B: Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S: apple, cheddar cheese
L: Chili
S: PB on half a Sandwich Thin
D: Most likely, I'll pick up a chopped antipasto on my way home from the gym. I never have the energy on Thursdays to cook.
S: Fage with berries

Lobster sounds great, Karen. I think I may pick one up and roast it this weekend. The small lobsters (or "chicken lobsters") have been on sale lately and it would be a nice treat.

Megan,

You're likely not feeling too hot because of skipping breakfast and snack!  Screws with the blood sugar and you're not getting enough protein in to keep the brain focused, either.  On a day like today, can you keep a protein bar handy to just get you through the morning at least?

S:  DD Large Coffee/Milk/Splenda
L:  tuna salad made with greek yogurt
S:  dried edamame
D:  curried lentils --- not sure what to have them with, Salad?
S:  greek yogurt with sf caramel syrup

E:  So excited, I signed up for Zumba -- doesn't start til Monday but I gotta try something!!!
