Thursday Excercise

Good Morning PA!!
I did an intense hour on my Elliptical and will be running around on my lunch for errands. What is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Just got to work from the gym... did 25 minutes on the treadmill, mostly running, followed by 5 minutes on the arm bike, variable intensity.

Hi Shilpa - I did 10+ miles in my exer bike last night with some arm weights included - pretty intense work-out. Today I'll be heading to Curves - already took a walk this morning - very chilly out there already - brrrrrrr.

I'm going to Power Step after work today, and I'll also get a 1 mile walk in at lunchtime.  I wasn't able to take my walk yesterday and I really missed it -- I think it's a good way to break up the day, plus I need all the Vitamin D from the sun that I can get!  :)

Today is a recovery day for me. I am so freakin sore from the last two days of workouts. It's a good sore but I'm moving around very gingerly today.

I did a brisk two mile walk at roughly a 3mph pace and one hour of intense workout at Lithe. It was a killer session for me.
