Wednesday Exercise
OK, here I am again starting the exercise thread! Last night I did go to Curves on the way home and had a great work-out.
Tonight its back on the recumbant bike and am going for another 11 miles!! Figure if I did it the other night I can surely pull it off again tonight. I'll do that a few times before incorporating hand weights back into that routine.
What's everyone else doing to move and groove today???

Had a fun workout this morning and am feeling all warm and energized!
Did 10 minutes on the rowing machine, followed by a rockin' good 20 minutes on the elliptical "variable hill" program - whew! Then moved over to the free weights and worked upper body (particularly arms). I feel "well rounded" today and ready for a day of retail therapy :-).
