So last week I was talking about not knowing what Foamies were and not having them yet.  HA!
I do today!   Last night I had some peanut butter and totally dumped.  I was nauseous, foaming, and dizzy.  I really wished I could have vommitted, but it wasn't happening.     I had previously tolerated Smart Balance Peanut Butter in small amounts.   I "assumed" that I could tolerate Simply Jiff as well- big mistake!

Anyway it passed in about a 1/2 hr and I was so glad when it was done!
So I won't be eating peanut butter any time soon!

I am glad I have this tool to remind me when I try to push things too far and keep me on track :)

Nasty stuff, isn't it? Hope you're feeling better today. PB is something I've never dumped on, thank goodness, because I love it - try not to eat too much of it because of the fat content (that may have made you dump). But now you know to stay away from that for a while longer...take care!!

That does not sound fun!  I agree though -- it's good knowing the tool works.  I was convinced that I was one of the few who couldn't dump and then one night I dumped like a truck from some sugar-free Oreos!  I was miserable for that hour, but still, glad to know my tool is there and fully functioning.  :)

PB2 is available at one of our local grocery store chains (Staufers of Kissel Hill in Lancaster County).

Another good option is Better Than Peanut Butter, availabe at Giant in the natural food section.
