Hey Everyone,

Been away for a while...was on vacation and taking a "computer break".

All is well 63 pounds down and 3.5 months post op

m1:  latte and protein bar
m2:  cheese and low fat crackers
m3: turkey rollups
m4: prtein something
m5:  chicken and veggies
m6: s/f mini hershey bar
