Alright so it's official, I am sick :( Head cold and upset stomach so I am going with the "whatever sits" mentality for today.

B: pork roll on sandwich thin
S: fage and peaches
L: chicken on a tortilla
S: cheddar cheese and apple slices
D: not sure - I have chicken out
S: pumpkin cheesecake

What's on your plate today? I am sure that I won't eat 1/2 of this but I will try and will stay hydrated as best as I can!

Take care of that cold.  I hope you are feeling better soon.

For me today.

B  Egg Beater Ommelet with low fat cheese
L: 2 oz Cod
D: Not sure maybe Chicken liver with onions
S: Sugar Free Ice Pop

and of course, plenty of fluid and a protein shake

Liz,

That is all I have been eating.  It's been adding up to a little over 500 calories.

I have an appointment Friday night with my Net and will adjust accordingly after that.

I am just so afraid of messing up.

M1 Decaf coffe and protein mix

M2 egg, ham and cheese scramble

M3  chili, cheese and Greek yogurt

M4   decaf coffee and protein mix

M5   I have no idea   (maybe meatballs or maybe salmon)

 

and.... I've been having impure thoughts about a slice of pizza hut pizza.  mmmmm pepperoni.

If your craving pizza you can always make one Beth's Crustless Pizza's ... its really really good.

Over slept this morning, no time to enter new food into fitday so I'll have to figure out where I am nutrition wise when I get home.  Here's whats in my food bag:

2 frigo light cheese sticks

1/4 D&W Smoked Turkey Filet

1/2 cup Seaweed Salad

3/4 cup Campbells 98% FF Mushroom Soup with Chicken Breast and Sundried Tomatos and some left over Shirataki Noodles

Greek Yogurt w/Jello F/F S/F Pistachio Pudding and Pie Filling

1/3 cup raw nuts

Here is today's plan:

B: Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S: cheddar cheese
L: roast chicken, zucchini with tomatoes
S: PB on half a Sandwich thin
S: Lemonade Nectar mixed with Crystal Light (post-workout)
D: Filet mignon, small salad
S: Greek yogurt & blueberries
