Sticking to the Basics
Alright so it's official, I am sick :( Head cold and upset stomach so I am going with the "whatever sits" mentality for today.
B: pork roll on sandwich thin
S: fage and peaches
L: chicken on a tortilla
S: cheddar cheese and apple slices
D: not sure - I have chicken out
S: pumpkin cheesecake
What's on your plate today? I am sure that I won't eat 1/2 of this but I will try and will stay hydrated as best as I can!

Over slept this morning, no time to enter new food into fitday so I'll have to figure out where I am nutrition wise when I get home. Here's whats in my food bag:
2 frigo light cheese sticks
1/4 D&W Smoked Turkey Filet
1/2 cup Seaweed Salad
3/4 cup Campbells 98% FF Mushroom Soup with Chicken Breast and Sundried Tomatos and some left over Shirataki Noodles
Greek Yogurt w/Jello F/F S/F Pistachio Pudding and Pie Filling
1/3 cup raw nuts
