Sleep Study Last Night

I never had to do a sleep study for my surgery... but since I got RLS when I was pregnant my family doctor wants me to do one now... well not going to happen when I'm up every 3 hours to pump AND they can't use the normal sticky things on my skin (it eats my skin up... super gross)... so not going to do it lol... plus as soon as Annabelle came... the RLS went away... so I don't care anymore... plus I can't sleep with things touching me... so wires would be out unless they drugged me lol!

The sleep study is horrible!!! I took a sleep aide in the bathroom when I got there. It helped me the second time around.

Better luck next time! Could you ask your doc for something to take the night of the next sleep study? In most cases it is not contraindicated to take a sleep medication prior to the study.
