Sticking to the Basics - Monday
Like Pam, I threw a bunch of stuff in my lunch bag this morning - was hectic trying to get everything together for workout, work, and class after work. So here's what I'm thinking:
B: Butterfly Bakery Choc Muffin (actually nutritionally not bad, except low in protein)

Chicken-fried faux rice
veggie chili from saturday with brown rice and greek yogurt
chicken apple patties from saturday
heirloom tomatoes in homemade balsamic vinaigrette marinade
E: Cardio this morning - 25 mins treadmill, 10 mins elliptical
