Sticking to the Basics - Monday

I stopped at Zurn's on the way home on Saturday and found Seaweed Salad, it has a slight bit of sugar in it, which I didn't know till I looked it up online. I am hoping to recreate the recipe with splenda as soon as my seaweed comes in the mail. It was awesome tasting and extremely filling.
I just threw a bunch of stuff in my bag...here's what I have packed not sure what will be eaten when, and doubt I will eat all of it
Banana (will have w/ Peanut butter)
Protein Shake
Two string cheeses
Turkey and Cheese on sandwich thin
Greek Yogurt w/ berries
Ricotta w/ splenda and cinnamon
Very rarely these days do I get all 6 meals in..mostly 5 so we'll see

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
