***Monday Roll Call***

Good morning!

I know some have a long weekend thanks to the Jewish holiday.  For those who take part in the holiday, I wish you well.  And for those who get a free day off just "cause" enjoy it!

I, myself, fit into neither of the above categories, LOL

On the way home I plan on stopping at the foodstore.  We are in desperate need of a few items.

Other than packing up my lunch and putting away the last load of laundry I did yesterday, I have no real plans other than bed.  Back to work for me tonight!

Good Morning Pam & PA:

Today I begin my pureed stage. Went food shopping over the weekend to make sure I had stuff in that I could puree.

Yesterday went out looking at cars again, Gene wanted to look at and gather some information without the sale people breathing down our necks. Now for him to compile all his information, go on consumer reports then we'll discuss it to figure out which vehicle meets our needs.

Today not much planned, making meals again, doing my homework that is due for Thursday. I started it over the weekend, now to complete the research and put it to paper logically.

Have to get out for my morning walk, I'm planning to walk a little further starting today. I have a routine down now to build on it and get the walk up to an hour vs the half hour I'm currently walking.

Thats it for me today..

Hope everyone has a great day!!!!!!!!!!!

Two things that you need to have during this stage

1 a cheesburger

2 grilled cheese samdwich.

I know sounds nasty but it"s really good.

Thanks for the tip. I'm proceeding with caution at the moment. Today I had a scrambled egg, cottage cheese, and for dinner turkey cooked in the crock pot then shredded it up with gravey to help it go down.

I will try your suggestions

Good Morning Pam,
I have off because the schools close for the Jewish holidays.  I wish my Jewish friends an easy fast.  I am up early because the dog would not let me sleep.  He is on my work schedule for waking and potty.

I have been nauseous since Saturday, so I am going to try to take it easy, and just tidy up around here.  Need to go to the store for some BRAT foods, as I really find everything else sits not too well.

Other than that, nothing exciting.

Hugs,
Trish

busy day at work for me.  Basically do a lot of planning on a project.  Take a walk at lunch.  go home and then head to the Y for my evening workout.

I think Austin and I may have a playtime with mr. Potato head tonight.  Thats always fun

Good Morning Pam and PA,

Today I am in school from 8:45-3:45 with the kiddos - have I said I love my class this year?  During my planning I have three calls to make out to Lancaster, apparently I missed them on Friday.  That's about it.  Laying low and trying not to think to much about Wednesday.  Pam, I wish you were going to be my overnight nurse.  I am more than a little nervous and I am sure the nurses will be great but it would just be nice to know someone.

Have a marvelous Monday everyone!

May I ask what and where is your procedure?  I'll be thinking of you - and if any of the nurses don't do their job right - you tell them that nurse pam disagrees and will come bring some "jersey attitude" as my co workers call it to them!  LOL

Thinking of you!

Sure you can ask... I am having my port removed, tubing moved to left side and a new port placed.  I am having it done a LGH.  I am sure the nurses will be okay but it would be better if you were there!
