Monday Excercise

I, too, took Sunday "off" (from formal exercise - ran the whole day doing errands, cooking, grocery shopping, dealing with hubby's bad mood, etc.).
Got to the gym this morning and just did cardio - it was all I was up for mentally. Did 25 mins on the treadmill at a nice incline (kept heart rate at 120 - 125) and then 10 mins on the elliptical to get a good warm stretch of the thighs and butt.
I have class after work tonight, so will likely not go to the gym until tomorrow night (Tuesday mornings are NOT good times).
