Monday Excercise

Good Afternoon Everyone!
I did an intense hour on my Elliptical this morning and have been in meetings all morning so this is the first chance I have had to post this. What is everyone else doing to move today?

PS-I took Sunday off and really pushed myself today.

Hi Shilpa,

I, too, took Sunday "off" (from formal exercise - ran the whole day doing errands, cooking, grocery shopping, dealing with hubby's bad mood, etc.).  

Got to the gym this morning and just did cardio - it was all I was up for mentally.  Did 25 mins on the treadmill at a nice incline (kept heart rate at 120 - 125) and then 10 mins on the elliptical to get a good warm stretch of the thighs and butt.  

I have class after work tonight, so will likely not go to the gym until tomorrow night (Tuesday mornings are NOT good times).

Did an hour of aqua kickboxing this morning. Schedule looks good for going to the gym every day this week!

10 miles on my recumbant bike TONIGHT. Hold me accountable - I'll check in tomorrow to let you know how I made out!

Kathy will do. I know you always do something physical even if it's riding your bike around the neighborhood. I am so jealous but my daughter is ready for a bike so I will investing in a new bike for myself too!!!

You'll LOVE having a bike to ride with your daughter!! I wanted to ride last night because it got so pretty and cool but the streets were way too wet and I'm still not 100% sure of myself - last thing I need is a fall!

Today's plan:

15 minutes walking on treadmill (break at work)

at the Y tonight

30 minutes treadmill
15 minutes bike
15 minutes other (strength machines: crunches, arms, legs)
