Monday Confessional
Ok,
after the weekend I had, I felt the need to start this thread again. Put your "slip ups" down here....no judging allowed. Put it to rest and then move on and make it a great day!
Had a company picnic this weekend and spent most of the day cruising by the dorito bowl....those damn doritos were calling my name! I did not eat too many, but I am mad at myself for giving into the voices!! Oh yeah, the sugar cookies were calling my name too!! Damn sugar cookies!!
Today is a new day and I am on track!!

Yesterday was way too busy and "off plan" in terms of schedule. Managed to eat well, but didn't have any snacks... so after dinner i was WAY low on cals and carbs and fat (but ok on protein). Made up for it with 2 sugar-free cookies. Should have had one with a SF pudding for some calcium, but made the mental mistake of thinking "oh.... i've got enough nutritional room for 2 cookies instead" (whatever that means).

I was doing well, and had three days that were totally sugar free, and went to work at the hospital and opened a filing cabinet drawer and found a ton of candy for Bingo prizes. They were the bite size miniatures of Baby Ruth and Butterfingers. ARGH.
Today, I made a sugar free chocolate cream pie to help me get through the rest of the week.
Hugs,
Trish

Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.
