It's so versatile.  Currently, I am eating some mixed with sugar free chocolate pudding mix and a little splenda.  My boyfriend is sitting next to me eating some that has been mixed with dry ranch dressing as a dip for carrots.

I've also mixed it with SF lemon pudding mix and SF cheesecake pudding mix.

And the bonus is that it's loaded with protein !

Yummy !

Anyone else have any ideas ?

Lisa

Most grocery stores should have it.  Aroudn me, I can get it at Wegmans, Acme, Genuardis, and Giant.

Note that there are several brands and each one has a slightly different taste and texture, so you may need to experiment (AFTER surgery - your tastes will change!) to find the one(s) you like best.

Personally, I like Oikos (the most like sour cream to me in taste and texture).  Fage is second best to my taste.  But there are several others out there too.

it can be used sweet OR savory and will become one of your best friends for adding creaminess to things without adding any fat.

I get it at my local Giant grocery store.  However, I find it in the natural foods section rather than the regular dairy section.  I get Fage 0%.

Confession.......

I have NEVER had it.

I am lactose intolerant so avoid yogurts. But Liz is too and says she does fine with it so I do need to try some. I need something different. I see so many of you using it for so many things. I feel left out.....LOL

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

So far I've seen 4 brands of Sugar Free Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt

Chobani

Oikos -  The best tasting hands down

Fage

Brown Cow

Brown Cow has next to no flavor at all, but its really cheap and adding the powdered pudding mix to it really makes it fine.  There is a coupon on the back of the lid that says buy 2 get one free, and last week Redners had them half price ($1.09) so with the coupon it was $.73 each.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
