D: not sure - something easy, maybe scallops
S: not sure here either

probably some scallops for dinner now that liz has me wanting them

Good morning Liz and Nicole, hope you both have a great Friday.

Breakfast:  Cream of Wheat

Lunch:  Chicken livers

Dinner:  Not sure yet.

Snack:  Babybel cheese. 

I am going to try and get in a protein drink today.

D-im not sure yet im thinking some wendys chili or maybe some chicken i live on chicken lol



i drink one protein shake everyday that has 52 or more grams depending on how many scoops i put in too!!!! gotta love that protein!!

OK, already know weekend is going to be tough with a wedding on Saturday and baby shower on Sunday, so I'm buckling down today:

S: DD Large Coffee/Milk/Splenda
L: Shrimp & broccoli
S: dried wasabe edamame
D: Salad with grilled chicken
S: tea with ff half/half

L: ricotta pie (ricotta, mozzarella & provolone baked), zucchini & tomatoes
S: Hard-boiled egg
D: Going out for sushi! I'm planning to have miso soup & a sashimi appetizer
S: Greek yogurt with berries
