Hi everyone -

I wanted to share some before/after pictures.  The link below leads to my best friends blog.  She had WLS in April.  She wrote a post about the two of us turning 40 and how WLS has been the best thing that we both did for ourselves.   In the post is a before picture of the two of us from early April and an after picture of us from the past Saturday.

Thanks Karen.  It really has been great to share the experience.  We used to be each others eating partners.  Now we are cheerleaders for each other in our WLS journeys. It's really great.
