ROSE procedure

Hi,
  Does anyone know if there is any Doctor in Pa. that does the ROSE procedure?  I have gained alot of my weight back after having Gastric Bypass in 1993 and have been looking in to having something done since I am having so much trouble losing weight on my own.  The ROSE seems to be what I am looking for.  If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Drs. Abkin and Bertha do ROSE procedure. They operate at various hospitals in NJ, including St. Clare's in Dover  (about 1 hr from the Poconos)

Dr Bonanni at Abington Memorial Hospital does this.
