stickin to the basics - thursday!
I haven't posted on this thread in quite some time....and my morning was less than a stellar performance of eating. But here it is:
Early mornng breakfast (I woke up at about 6am to pee yet again and get some more water in me) 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese
Late morning meal (Had gone back to bed...) English muffin w/ ham and cheese
Lunch: Salad w/ chicken, ham, turkey, cheese, and black beans
Snack: Probably won't have...just finished lunch 1/2 hour ago
Dinner: Steak and edamame
Snack: Hmmm not sure...maybe a protein shake

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
