stickin to the basics - thursday!
morning Liz..yesterday I went off my lunch a bit and decided to follow my lunch (which was almost a full serving) with some NSA ice cream. The ice cream normally would not have caused me any grief, but since my pouch was already pretty full, it revolted. Felt like crap for about 20 minutes or so.. I'm definitely glad that I seem to be able to poop out the yuckiness and then rest for a short time. I do think I had a bit of carb coma last night though.
Anyway, new day...
B: Boca veggie burger
S: ricotta
L: shrimp fried rice stuff
S: shake after gym
D: shrimp stuff again?? or maybe some chicken salad
S: protein bar at bingo

M3: mixed greens with goat cheese, olives and balsamic
M4 - M5: going to Red Robin for our PTO school fundraiser.... guacamole burger is calling my name.

Here's today's plan:
B- Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S- cheddar (pretty sure I'm going to skip it and/or eat it later)
L- chopped antipasto
S- Simply Jif on half a Sammy Thin
S- Chocolate Max Protein (post-workout)
D- Steamed sole with spinach
S- Ricotta with torani syrup
And lots of SF jello today too. I have that "bottomless pit" feeling today and the SF Jello helps with that -- I got that idea from Nan, I can't take credit for it!
