Sticking to the Basics - TGIF!!
I had a fantastic food day yesterday! I am giving myself credit for it. I keep chanting in my head every bite of unplanned food counts and I am in control. It worked yesterday and I am hoping it works today too. Anyway here is my plan:
M1: protein shake (don't usually do this but feeling queasy in the belly this morning)
M2: boiled egg whites
M3: spring mix with olives, ham, turkey and cheese
M4: apple
M5: EAS protein drink (after workout)
M6: grilled chicken with mushrooms& onions with a slice of reduced fat provolone cheese melt over top (my take on a dish from the Outback Steak House but mine is much healthier)
Having a hard time walking today because of kickboxing but hoping by later in the day I will feel good enough to run a couple of miles.

S: PB on half a sandwich thin
S: Nonfat latte
D: chopped antipasto
S: Greek yogurt with frozen berries (I froze lots of Jersey blueberries so I wouldn't miss them too much!)

D: hubby picking up daughter so probably just tuna salad

scale was down this morning so need to keep plugging!!!
