I'm sooo happy!
Well, I had to totally modify my diet, walk almost every day, do finger sticks 6 or more times a day. Take more insulin when things were off. I had my endocrinologist tweak my insulin. Also I read on some diabetes web site that if I drank 2 or more cups of green tea and ate one apple a day that it could dramatically lower your A1c. So I totally stopped drinking diet soda and switched to green tea and water and made sure I ate that apple everyday day. Along with all the other changes I made manged it get it down. That was a big step for me.
