i had my surgery the same time as you. june 8 this year. after looking at all you guys knowing what you plan to eat for the day. maybe i need to PLAN my food ? wondering how much you have lost ? ive lost 64 or so, but i go thru streaks where i lose none for weeks at a time. then i drop a few, maybe 10, then again, weeks with no loss.  do u experience this also ?

This tends to happen when you fall into a routine of eating the same thing everyday or having too many carbs.  Keep your foods varied and limit your carbs to leafy greens.  Change up your exercise routine too.  Keep your body guessing what your gonna do next.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

what leafy greens do u like ? i know ive been really trying to concentrate on getting in my protein (meat etc) then i usually choose vegs next. i havent been doing protein shakes cause i got sick of them. maybe i need to use them more often.
i had healthy choice bbq chicken dinner for brunch just now.
exercise is something ive been struggling with daily.

I am a big spinach fan, I just started with asparagus, but thats too dense for you.  I enjoy a variety of lettuces too, but you are not far enough out to start with salads, as the nutritional value is low.

I enjoy spinach, egg beater, garlic and onion omelets made with a little spray cannola oil.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
