L: have to order something - I ahve a feeling they are going to want Chinese here...

D: not sure - I have out chicken, ground beef sausage for Chris - not sure what I'll make yet

What's on your plan for today?
My plan for today is to eat only planned food because every bite of unplanned food counts. My band has been super sensitive for the past few days. I think it is due to allergies and stress - my coffee gurgled down this morning!
M1: wc oatmeal and milk
M2: nothing - I always plan something and never have time to eat it
M3: trying a pita with ham, cheese and olives (not so sure about the pita - don't do well with bread)
M4: apple
M5: EAS protein drink
M6: tacoless salad
OK - I am going to cardio kickboxing tonight... this is a big step for me. I am a solo workout person and I am uncoordinated (I am sure that is why running is a good thing!) However, Nicole likes it and my cousin says it is a great sweat so I am willing to try. Wish me luck.

It's going to be a weird day today schedule-wise, so planning is a bit off this afternoon - some guess-work involved.
B: Matrix shake with strawberries and banana
S: pineapple and cheese
L: Spring mix salad topped with shrimp, with homemade balsamic LF dressing
S: SF pudding
D: Will likely be dining out due to running around schedule. Will select something like broiled chicken or pork.
E: continuing day on/day off pattern, today is a day off

Hey all! I have been feeling like a stuffed turkey lately....went back on the pill and it is wreaking havoc with my weight....nothing like literally seeing the scale jump 12 pounds over night. I know this was to be expected and it will go back down, but it sure plays games with your head.
