Happy Hump Day Roll Call... so what if it's a little early!

So yes, it's 10:30 on Tuesday and I'm posting Wednesday roll call.  That's because I have to go into the Blue Bell office tomorrow so I won't be around at all during the day.

So here's my day tomorrow

Drive to Blue Bell and facilitate a training session for this thing they call Learning Maps.  I am a "coach" and agreed to coach 3-4 sessions.  This is my 1st one, even though I was trained back in June or something like that.  I hope I remember what I need to do.  Thank goodness they gave us a book to use and it's very self-explanatory.

After work I am going to my step-brother's house to pick up 2 turtles and all the things needed to keep a turtle around, including food, a tank, filter, etc.  NO, I am not going to have turtles as pets.  I would not know the first thing about what to do with them.  They have been trying to get rid of them for awhile because they are getting too big for them to take care of and their 3 teenage kids are too busy to do it.  SOOOOO since I am going down there anyway, I asked Rocco if he wanted them.  He raises turtles so I figured he was the perfect person to ask.  I am just offering delivery services. LOL!  He's very happy to be getting them, so I'm glad I could help!

After I deliver the turtles to the proud new papa, I will need to go pick Siehara up from my friend's house, since she is going to meet her here when she gets off the bus and take her back to her house.  Then, I will find dinner and hopefully come home and just relax for the rest of the day.

Hope everyone has a great day!! I'm going to go through facebook and OH withdrawal big time tomorrow.

Hi Lisa,
I am trying to wind down after my big night at the Phillies game tonight.  My nephew and I had a great time, and got home about 30 minutes ago.

Wednesday is rather up in the air.  I know I am going to work.  Not sure if I will make the Post-op meeting at Barix, due to having been out all night tonight and having to be out on Thursday as well.

Hope everyone has a safe day.

Hugs,
Trish

Trying to reverse my sleeping schedule since I return to work on 3rd shift tonight.  Doctor's appointment went well yesterday.  Lost another six pounds.  Yay me!!  Bumped me up to the next level on foods.  Moist meats have been added to my diet.  Have some chicken in tomato sauce in the crock pot for today.  Had some turkey and cheese rollups yesterday.  Not doing much today.  Have a miserable head cold so I will skip the rec center.  Going to sleep later to get ready for the return to work.  Have a wonderful day everyone.

Good luck on the whole "flipping the schedule thing"  I do it a couple times a week and know what it can do to a person!  But, if you enjoy 3rd shift, you'll probably bounce back into the rhythm before you know it!

YAY soft meats!!!  I started with boneless, skinless chicken thighs (moister and softer than breasts) in the beginning too.  BJs has a great big huge package WITH individual packages inside of about 2-3 thighs each.  I buy the huge package and it lasts a LONG time.  LOL.  Also, that's EXACTLY how I cook mine - in a small crockpot.  Wal-Mart has a lovely red enchilada sauce and a green one.  I alternate that with marinara sauce for variety.  Sometimes I'll do a campbell's lowfat creamy soup.  You're gonna love it!!!!

Today finds me studying for an economics final and then a business final.

Noon I will take the 3 year old to his first soccer practice.  I really hope he likes it.

Will go for my third day in a row of uninterrupted exercise.  (did I mention I love the YMCA)

Good Morning PA,

Sounds like everyone is busy. . .

I am off to work and work should be busy as we just filed a big bankruptcy case in my office and now there is all the after stuff to deal with, and we have another one that is supposed to be filing in two weeks, so I will probably have lots to do, which makes the work day a quick one.  Hoping to make it to Barix tonight, but not sure I will, depends on what time I get out of work and how the traffic situation is.

Well you all have a great day!

Hugs, prayers and positive thoughts going out for all who need it, Laureen
