Roll Call?

 Okay someone explain roll call please?

It's very simple. Every day someone posts roll call just to let each other know what we are up to for the day.  Sometimes we post about issues we are having to deal with, other times its just to let each other know what are plans are for the day.  No biggie.. it's just one of the many ways we like to communicate with each other.

Take a look at some of the past few days and you'll see what exciting lives we lead!! or not!! LOL!

Nothing much to it. Join in or not. It's just a way to say hello to everyone in one post, and update about things going on for the day. You will find that we share alot with each and get to know alot about each other that way.

It's also good for support, and to remind ourselves that we all have lives beyond posting on OH. LOL

Thanks for the welcome. I take nothing seriously. I am a big guy so joking is the norm.

You'll also find (if you decide to post here) that if you go MIA for more than a few days we'll send out an internet search party to make sure you're okay! And its a good way to 'meet' everybody out here, get your feet wet on a support board, and ease into the whole thing. We can be a tad overwhelming at times but always have the best of intentions.

And I'm sure Norm is happy to see a more masculine face on the boards - we don't have many men posting so any time some testosterone is introduced into the haze of estrogen out here it makes the guys happy!  And its nice to get the male perspective on things we deal with as well.

welcome to the boards and to Norm's open arms too.  Kidding.  He doesn't pull any punches yet he is such a supportive person.  When he speaks I for one listen as I have the utmost respect for him and his lovely wife Mary.  They have been there and done that.  Its great to see another male face here not that I am complaining ladies we are awesome too. Anyway its the way we touch base with one another and if you don't show up we sent the limo for you and give you the 3rd degree.  Only kidding. I for one love this roll call.
