B: english muffin with light cream cheese quick before my 7am meeting
S: fage and peaches
L: chicken burger and about 2 T mashed potatoes
S: cheddar cheese and steak bits
D: cheeseburger and cucumber salad
S: chocolate pudding with PB

I had a wicked bad episode with my crockpot chicken last night, so I am going liquids today.  I feel totally yucky too so this will be a good thing.

I am planning on the gym later - probably the elliptical or ARC trainer and some weights.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Morning....3 years out.

M1:  celery...I have taken up eattin this in the car on the way to work in the morning
M2:  jimmy dean ham, egg white and cheese english muffin
M3:  coconut and curry tofu and veggies
M4:  yogurt
M5:  ham and cheese and rocotta roll ups


Decaf coffee and water....need to up my water again.
