Hey Lesley and Karen..I signed up for a Zumba class!

Hey all,

Just had to share....I actually just signed up for a 10 week Zumba class! Something this lady would never have done pre-op!

Hooray!  I hope you love Zumba!  I LOVE IT!!!  If you love to dance, then you'll like it -- just keep moving and you can't go wrong!

Wow, the Zumba people should really give me a kickback because of all the people who are trying it on my recommendation. I'm sure I've earned a toaster by now!

Do you know of any place that does it in water (less impact on the knees)?

I know that they're starting to train instructors in Aqua Zumba, but I don't think it's offered anywhere yet. Not that I've seen, at least.

My gym offers it just about every day.

You're welcome! Their website is pretty handy -- I was even able to find a Zumba class when I went on vacation, because I knew I wouldn't be able to go 10 whole days without my Zumba!  :)

The one I am in is actually from a township Recreation Program...pretty inexpensive too....$45 for 10 classes! I already belong to a Planet Fitness and did not want to join another gym just for the classes.
