This morning the gym at work was open (yay! so frustrating when it wasn't open and without prior notice...).  SO...

10 minutes rowing
20 minutes biking
upper body weights
stretches
pushups

Felt GREAT!

60 minutes of weights follwed by 60 minutes on the elliptical - all before 8:00 this morning.

gonna head to the gym after work i always feel like an idiot trying to figure out what to do

did you use the free session with the personal trainer? Gold's offers that to all new members.  If you haven't done that, ask about it.

I'm going to do Zumba, followed by 20 minutes of strength training. Fun fun!

I did two miles on the treadmill and a 45 minute stretch and tone class.

I worked out this morning using the handweights and also did crunches and pushups.  Went out for a walk this evening.
