Introduction-Pottsville PA

Hi Everyone!
I've just recently moved back to PA from FL, and am living in the Pottsville area, have my great buddy Tracy in the Reading area, and would love to meet some more great PA people!
I had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy almost 2 months ago and with having just moved here, am having some difficulties staying on track, so I could use a little help!!

WElcome back to PA Dana! I am a bit further north in Easton (about 25 minutes east of Allentown) I had my RNY 2 1/2 years ago and don't regret it for a second.

Not to brag but the PA board is the best out there!

this board is very active you can get alot of support here
there are various groups that meet around the state
my personal fav is the cooking group at liz's

That's my fave too!!! I deal with the ones at my hospital.. they are ok.  I liked the one I got to at Barix, but can't get there often.  

I try to schedule my life AROUND Liz's when I can.. it is always so awesome to see everyone there!
