SO ladies - how did you do over the weekend? I did OK I actually don't think that I ate enough!

B: oatmeal custard (with egg and soy milk)
S: fage and peaches
L: roast beef, cucumbers, onions, feta and vinigarette
S: cheddar cheese and a few crackers
D: an experimental chicken burger with broccoli
S: chocolate pudding with PB

M2:  cheese stick
M3:  salad with turkey, cheese, olives and good seasons
M4:  EAS lite (after my run)
M5:  broiled scallops wrapped in turkey bacon and zucchini
M6:  I don't know

4 mile run after school

Did pretty good on cruise ---- stuck to protein and allowed tastes of some of the goodies --- overall damage was +/- 0  --- weigh exactly same as when I left

B: Inspire Caramel Protein Drink
S: DD Large Coffee with milk/splenda
L: room service (oh wait, that was last week) ----
    shrimp with small salad
S: dried wasabe edamame
D: still deciding ---- probably chicken tenders and veggies
S: tea with ff half/half

determined to get out on bike today around the neighborhood.  its a gorgeous day for it.

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!

Morning... wasn't a bad weekend.  if anything, i had problems getting all the water in (just got busy and realized at the end of the day that I hadn't drunk enough, so was trying to make up for it).

B:  Rockin' Roll bar
S:  Fresh pineapple with cream cheese
L:  Spring mix with fresh mozz and steak strips
S:  PB with cocopop
D:  Steak with mushrooms  (just realized that's steak twice today - won't take iron pill tonight! haha)

E:  45 min workout - rowing, bike, weights, and stretching

Good morning! I had a good weekend food-wise, but I struggled with getting in enough fluids. I find that when I'm out in the sun I get so dehydrated and it's a struggle to keep up with it!  Here's today's plan:

B: Chocolate Max Protein
S: String cheese
L: Leftover burrito bol from Chipotle -- steak, veggies, cheese, no rice.
S: Half a Supreme Protein bar
D: No idea. Going out for my sister's b-day so most likely sushi, but that could change.
S: Fage with berries

Lets not discuss the weekend LOL 

I have started a strick 1000 calorie plan, I am trying to get the scale moving in the right direction again. It is really about paying attention to hidden calories. Plus my 20 year HS reunion is next month and I want to get into a cool dress. LOL

D- Pork loin and squash
